Established in 1989, We are a multi-discipline contracting company engaged in all types of building constructions, civil infrastructure, industrial construction and facility management services. Seashore Kristal is a pace setter in handling all types of contract-EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Construction), PIC (Procurement, Installation and Construction) and call- off services. We also engage in subcontract works for major multi-national EPIC contractors.

The division combines the focus and skill of civil construction engineers, architects who have vast experiences in all type of projects from bulk excavations, industrial construction, infrastructure contracting, remediation works and public domain works and enjoys a reputation of completing the projects on time and within budget, with quality outcomes. We offer design and construction related services for new buildings as well as provide expansion, renovation, refurbishment of existing facilities and built up an impressive clientele to back up our excellent reputation.

The design team are selected on project-by project basis to ensure skill and expertise to suit the project specification with strategy that include continuous liaison with client during all phases, so the team can develop a clear understanding of short and long term objectives.
We have an approved Quality assurance and Environmental Management system used in all projects and has the ability to integrate structural engineering with architectural services to perfect any infrastructure projects. We also under take landscaping as per client demands.
